Evelyn M. Wallace, author of Seasons of the Heart
a/k/a "The Castle Lady"
Evelyn, a native Denverite, has traveled in Europe and the U.S. extensively, studied voice and music, all at a very young age. As long as she can remember she wrote stories and poetry and sang. "I decided to draw my experiences of life with words instead of paint. If I can cause the reader to see what I see, then I have done my job." She is presently working on two more collections for publication. Evelyn resides in Denver, Colorado.
Evelyn also co-authored, with Sue Jones, Robinson and Crawford County which is available from the publisher, Arcadia Publishing.
She is currently working on Castle Lover's Guides. Her website titled "I Love Castles" includes photographs and descriptions of castles of Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, and Switzerland. A section on the castles in historic Cumberland County, England, and on the Isle of Man is under construction, soon to be complete.
